Shqiponja Berisha and Sadete Ademi, two women entrepreneurs from Kosovo, built their successful businesses after receiving We-Fi incentivized loans from TEB Sh.A., one of Kosovo’s largest banks and the only one to offer tailored financing to women-owned small and medium businesses in the country. Both loans were made possible though IFC’s innovative risk-sharing facility under its Small Loan Guarantee Program (SLGP).
