In 2024, We-Fi, in collaboration with its six Implementing Partners, remained steadfast in championing women entrepreneurs as powerful drivers of job creation, economic growth, and market expansion. By breaking down legal, cultural, and social barriers, We-Fi has helped unlock opportunities for women-led businesses—equipping them with the financing, skills, and market access needed to scale their impact.
To date, We-Fi has catalyzed over $5 billion in financing for nearly 400,000 women-led small and medium-sized enterprises (WSMEs) across 83 countries, working through a vast network of over 500 public and private-sector organizations. This report, covering the period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, highlights the inspiring stories of women entrepreneurs and the diverse projects supported by We-Fi Implementing Partners—showcasing how investing in women fuels economic progress for all.
