Evidence Base on Women’s Entrepreneurship

This evidence base compiles research studies and impact evaluations on women’s entrepreneurship with a focus on Women-Owned and Led Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in developing countries. It focuses on scientific evidence based on experimental research (e.g., randomized controlled trials) or non-experimental research (e.g., correlational research). The database also includes anecdotal evidence (e.g., case studies, best practices, diagnostic studies etc.) if generated through a systematic approach to prove or refute hypotheses based on clearly defined parameters, environments, and assumptions.

Experts and researchers are invited to submit papers by sharing the links towards the official publication of their study.
