On behalf of the We-Fi Governing Committee, the We-Fi Secretariat commissioned KPMG in Norway (KPMG AS) in 2020-2021 to conduct a mid-term review (MTR) of We-Fi to assess the overall operational and development effectiveness of We-Fi. The objective of this mid-term review was to:
- Draw lessons learned from the initiative
- Assess progress towards the We-Fi Objectives
- Recommend any changes to design and management
In May 2021, KPMG delivered the final version of the MTR to We-Fi’s Governing Committee. The MTR confirms the strengths of the We-Fi model and is a valuable source for lessons learned and recommendations for the future.
