2020 Annual Report

2020 was a year like no other. Women entrepreneurs around the world have been deeply impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. This report shows how We-Fi is supporting these women not just to survive the crisis, but to thrive with greater long-term resilience. By working to improve women’s access to finance, markets, networks, and information, We-Fi is helping them fulfill their potential and become engines of economic growth and job creation.

WE FINANCE:

BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS

We-Fi is on a mission to break down these barriers and help women entrepreneurs in developing countries advance their businesses and uplift their communities. Within three years of its launch in 2017, We-Fi has allocated nearly $300 million in donor contributions to programs that are mobilizing an additional $3 billion to benefit close to 130,000 WSMEs in 39 countries worldwide. We-Fi’s footprint will expand to over 60 countries in the coming years.
